Guidelines and Legal Responsibilities for Submitting Projects to BlastBox Store
1. General Provisions
These Guidelines define rules and responsibilities for authors who wish to submit themes, extensions, tools, or other digital items to BlastBox Store. Ixavence operates the store as a marketplace and ensures that all submissions comply with security, legal, and ethical standards.
2. Submission Rules
- Authors must submit only original content or content for which they hold full distribution rights.
- Each submission must include a
license.txtfile specifying licensing terms. - Submissions must be free from malicious code, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or scripts that could harm users or devices.
- Authors must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about their product and its functionality.
3. Legal Responsibility
- Authors are fully responsible for the content and behavior of their submissions.
- Any deliberate submission of harmful or malicious software constitutes a serious breach of these guidelines.
- Ixavence reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies under Polish law, including civil and criminal proceedings, against authors knowingly submitting dangerous software.
- Ixavence may seek compensation for actual damages and costs incurred to remedy harm caused to users affected by malicious submissions.
- Authors may also be held liable for any legal consequences resulting from infringement of third-party rights or illegal activities within their submission.
4. Intellectual Property
- Authors retain intellectual property rights to their submissions.
- By submitting a project, authors grant Ixavence a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the product via BlastBox Store.
- Ixavence reserves the right to reject or remove submissions that infringe third-party rights, contain illegal content, or violate these guidelines.
5. Security and Compliance
- All submissions are reviewed by Ixavence administrators to ensure compliance with security, licensing, and quality standards.
- Authors must cooperate promptly if any security, legal, or compliance issues are detected in their submissions.
- Failure to cooperate or attempts to conceal violations may result in permanent removal of the submission and legal action.
6. Changes and Updates
Ixavence reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time. Authors are expected to comply with the latest version. Continued submissions constitute acceptance of updated rules.
