These Terms of Use govern the rules of using the BlastBox Store, provided by the Ixavence team at store.blastbox.sbs.

Ixavence is an independent group of digital creators – not a registered company or commercial entity. BlastBox Store is a marketplace that distributes themes, extensions, and tools for BlastBox Code.

By using BlastBox Store, the User acknowledges that they have read these Terms of Use and fully accept them.

2. Scope and Access

  • BlastBox Store provides access to digital items (themes, extensions, tools).
  • Each item is reviewed and published by Ixavence administrators to ensure security and compliance.
  • Browsing and accessing BlastBox Store is free of charge.
  • Products offered in the store may be available either free of charge or as paid digital items.
  • Purchases of paid products are carried out directly on the author’s website or via platforms indicated by the author.
  • Ixavence does not process payments, issue invoices, or mediate in transactions between Users and authors.
  • Distribution and availability of products are subject to the authors’ licensing terms contained in license.txt files.
  • Ixavence is not responsible for any violations, disputes, or damages arising from transactions conducted outside blastbox.sbs.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All items offered in BlastBox Store are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective authors.

  • Some products are licensed under open source licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL).
  • Other products may be distributed under proprietary licenses.
  • The exact licensing conditions for each product are specified in the accompanying license.txt file.
  • Logos and branding of BlastBox Store are protected by copyright and remain the property of Ixavence.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Ixavence does not sell or share users’ personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data collection and processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Responsibility

  • Ixavence makes every effort to ensure the stability, security, and reliability of BlastBox Store.
  • Users install and use products from the store at their own risk.
  • Ixavence is not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of products, whether official or modified versions.
  • Ixavence reserves the right to take legal action, including initiating criminal proceedings and reporting to the courts, against authors of themes, extensions, or tools engaging in illegal or infringing practices.

BlastBox Store may contain links to external websites, including authors’ pages and social media. Ixavence is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such external sites.
